82% of US employers offer an EAP. Between 5 and 10% of employees actually use it. The gap between what companies provide and what people reach for has defined the workforce mental health category for a decade.
On August 13, Thoughtful founder Alexa Varsavsky and Head of Clinical Experience Melanie Nimmo will be joined by Spring Health's Emily Dworkin for a live conversation extending the research. We'll walk through what the data says, share findings from our randomized trial, and take live questions from the people designing benefits.
The Agenda
Why the people who most need support never reach it — and where they're going instead.
The honest results of our randomized study with Spring Health. The findings that didn't move, the ones that did, and why both matter.
A walkthrough of how AI mental health is being used in active pilots — including the patterns we didn't expect.
Open to attendees. Submit yours when you register.
